What will I see, be when I close my eyes for the last time
After I draw my last breath?
A spirit wandering the world, a part of the collective unconscious
Or, nothing only my remains returning back to the earth?
Don't believe that wishy washy crap people say
But is that a glint of fear I see way down deep in the pools behind their eyes where they think it's hidden from sight?
Fear of the unknown, fear of our being ending, fear of finality
Is fear the only reason we believe that there is something after we die?
I guess I will only know when I close my eyes for the last time
After I draw my last breath...

I love the simplicity. I say that you try and keep the simplicity but maybe take it a little deeper. I want to know more, too. I like it, it feel honest and lacks pretension.
